Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgaqe executed by

Inc., dated March 7 19 71 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book , page p~T, which mortyage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 1230-N, Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS F AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,

Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinat~ the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration

in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
