GENERAL RELEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, ERNEST G. VEAZIE, SR., a single adult,
VIRGINIA VEAZIE and SHERMI~N C. VEAZIE, SR., her husband, first
parties, for and in consideration of the sum of THIZEE HUNDRED
($300.00) DOLLARS, or other valuable considerations, received
from or on behalf of ROBERT P. LUPO and LUCY ANN LUPO, his wife,
second parties, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
HEREBY remise, release, acquit, satisfy, and forever
discharge the said second parties, of and from all, and all man-

ner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits,

- debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills,

~ specialties, covenants, contracts, controvcr~ies, agreements,
° promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions,
- claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which said
first parties ever had, now have, or which any personal represen-

_ tative, successor, heir or assign of said first parties, hereafter
can, shall or may have, against said second parties, for, upon or
~
~ by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the be-
~
ginning of the world to the date of these presents, in particular
growing out of the Agreement for Deed dated August 21, 1967 be-
tween ROBERT P. LUPO and LUCY ANN LUPO, his wife, parties of the
first .art, and ERNEST G. VEAZIE, SR. and JANET L. VEAZIE, his
wife, parties of the second part, and that certain civil action

filed in the Circuit Court for Martin County, Florida, being
- case #1331, wherein ROBERT P. LUPO, et ux, were Plaintiffs, and

ERNEST G. VEAZIE, SR., et al, were Defendants.
IN WITNESS W~REOF, we have hereunto set our hands
and seals this day of October, A.D., 1971.
