- We have entered into a contract to supply ~uit to pou in the forth-
= coming groring season. At our request, you have Ioaned to ns a aum ~
_ of $25,000.00, and we have delivered to you aur Promiseory Note repre-
senting the indebtednesa thua due.
The purpose of the xithin letter is to confirm our agreement that,
~ notWithstandinR the fact that the Note ia due ON DEMA.ND, you may set
off against the $~25,000.00 indebtedness any amounta due to us t~am
- you as the t~uit is delivered. It ia underatood, of course, that
any such amounts r+ill be credited againat the Note and after the
- fl~ll amount is received, the Note xill be marked "Pai.d" and returned
to us.
_ Since our Hr. Bob S~aw is a co-meiker of the Note, his endorsement on
this letter xill indicate his individual agreement to the foregoing.
