Know all men by these presents, that the undersigned Fraser Mortgage
Company as nominee of Fra~er Mortgage Investments, a business trust created
in Ohio pursuant to Declaration of 'ltust dated May 7, 1969, owner and holder
; of the following Mortgage:

Fred A. Beshara, hlbert L. Dangler, and Nicholas Manos, the Mortgagor,
