RECEIVE FUfURE ADVMCES
KNON' ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, being
the owners in fee simple of the folloaing described property
lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit.
That part of Lot 15 (except the North 500 feet thereof)
and that part of Lot 16 lying East of U. S. Highway No. 1
in Block 3 of Section 1, Tawnship 37 South, Range 40 East
in ST. LUCIE GARDENS, according to the plat thereof, as ~
recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 35, of the Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

which mortgage contains provisions for future or additional
