the owners in fee simple of the following described property ~
lying and being situate in St. Luc ie County, Florida,
to-wit: Lot 4, Block 4, of SOUTHERN PINES, according '
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, at
Page 68, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
