KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, being '

the owners in fee simple of the following described property
lying and being situate in jt. j,uC ie County, Florida,
to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 3, SOUTHERN PINES SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 9, at Page 68, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

which lands are enc~unbered by a certain first mortgage owned and

: which mortgage contains provisions for future or additional
