KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENfS, That the undersigned, being
the owners in fee simple of the following described property
lying and beinR situate in St. Lucie County~ Florida,
to-wit:
The South 45 feet of Lot 17 and the North 30 feet
of Lot 18, Block S, WILBUWE SUBDIVISION, according '
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6,
