1. All Lots in BEACH CLtiB COLO\Y, SE~TIO:~ O\E,
accordii~g to tt~e Plat thereof, filed 141ay 13, 1971 and recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 11, St.y Lucie County~ Fl~,rida, public records,shall be
used exclusively for residential purposes, with the exception that Lots
1, 2, 3 and 4 of said subdivision may also be used for business
purposes.
2. No tents, housetrailers or temporary buildings shall be
erected or placed upon any :ot, without the prior written consent of the
' Grantor herein. 1\o wire fence shall be erected on any lot or part
thereof, and no fences of any kind shall be erected on any lot or portion
r thereof which exceed an average of four (4) feet. ~
