All Lots in BEACH CLtiB COLO\Y, SE~TIO:~ O\E, accordii~g to tt~e Plat thereof, filed 141ay 13, 1971 and recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 11, St.y Lucie County~ Fl~,rida, public records,shall be used exclusively for residential purposes, with the exception that Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of said subdivision may also be used for business purposes. 2.
