such event the Grantor, his heirs, legal repi•esentatives, successors
and assigns, may enter upon the property and undertake to perform
such maintenance (including, but not limited to, cutting, clearing,
weeding and cultivating the lawn). Any cost or ea~pense incurred by
the Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns,
in any such undertaking shalt be repai~ by :::e owner~ together with
interest a: the rate of seven per centum per annum, and may be
secured by a lien against the owner's parcel of property enforceable
in the same manner, and to the same extent, as is provided for
` n:echanics' or materialmen's liens under Florida Statutes as now in
