THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this 7th.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND,
acting pursuant to its authority set forth in Chapter 253.03, ~

Florida Statutes, party of the first part, GRANTOR herein, and
the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
party of the second part, GRANTEE herein,

described premises, constituting property used and possessed by

WHEREAS, Grantee has requested Grantor to grant an

W, T H E R E F O R E, T H I S I N D E N T U R E W I T N E S S E T H:
'x i~ That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the ~
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consider- ~
~ ation to it in hand paid by the said Grantee, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, and by these_presents does
grant unto the said Grantee, an easement for the construction

and maintenance of a road across the above-described land.
By acceptance of this easement, Grantee hereby covenants
- and agrees to investigate all claims of every nature at its own
expense, and to indemnify, protect, defend, hold and save harmless
the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the Internal Improve-
ment Trust Fund and/or trie State of Florida or any o€ its agencies
