MZLLER and JoAnn R. MILLER, his wife, and EVELYN FAYE GARRUP
KING, joined by LARRY L. KING, her husband, hereinafter called
the Grantors to FRUIT CONTRACTORS, INC., 3301 Avenue C, Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, re-
' ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
