ship 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,

; Frank Fee who upon being first duly sworn, deposes and says:

~ 1. Affiant has been a citizen and resident of Ft. Pierce,

St. Lucie County, for over fifty (50) years next past.

2. Affiant personally knew one Leslie Bean, the Grantor -
in a certain conveyance exhibited in Deed Book 183 at page

~ 311 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, w~ho
was one and the same as F. L. Bean, the Grantee in a deed ex-
- hibited in Deed Book 50 at page 67 of the public recards of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, who was also one of the surviving
~
heirs of Charles Bean and one of the Grantees in the quit
- claim deed dated May 6, 1927, wherein Millie Bean, a widow, ,
was Grantor, said instrument having been recorded on July
= 23, 1927, in Deed Book 62 at page 391 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
- 3. Said affiant further knows of his personal knowledge

that Leslie Bean was also one and the same as F. Leslie Bean,
the Grantee in the deed e:chibited in Deed Book 135 at page
19 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
