. Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared

ROBERT C. ROBERTS, who upon being first duly sworn, deposes ~
and says :
1. He has been a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
? for more than 20 years next past and has personal knowledge ;

~ of the premises contained herein.

~ 2. He was personally acquainted with William Garrup and

~ ~
his wife, Etta Garrup and that said William Garrup a/k/a ~
~
~ W. Garrup and Etta Garrup were husband and wife continuously
x on and before August 6, 1952, through the date of her death
e
on November 17, 1952. Said William Garrup a/k/a W. Garrup
~i
remained a widower until his demise on February 11, 1964.

~
3. William Garrup a/k/a W, Garrup and Etta Garrup beget
six children, these being:
= (a) Raymond Garrup who resides in St.Lucie County,
Florida, with his wife, Ethel Garrup. ~
~
- (b) Harmon Carson Garrup who died intestate in St.
' Lucie County, Florida, on November 24, 1966. At
- the time of his death, said Harmon Carson Garrup t
- was an unmarried adult and left as his heirs at
= law David Harmon Garrup, Ronald E. Garrup, a/k/a
Ronald E. Miller, and Evelyn Faye Garrup King.
- (c) William H. Garrup who died intestate and was ~
divorced prior to his death on July 29, 1970.
The sole surviving heir of William H. Garrup was
= his son, William P. Garrup, of Washington, D. C. ~
(d) Howard Garrup, who at the time of his death
in June, 1961, was divorced and left no surviving
- children.
