For and in cons ideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars
to the undersiqned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinafter
described from a certain Iien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1959, by and between North Beach Water Company~
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporati~n~ a
~ Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, P~ge 596, and
~ re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27. 1960, and revised

; Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the official
E records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water

4 Company agreed to furnish v~ater and perform ~ther things in con-

~ nection with th~ water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
- Cove Beach under certain terms and conditi~ns. Said property,
` situated in St. Lucie County~ Florida, is described as follows:
" Lot 16. Block 4, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision, Section One,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pages 30A
and 30B of the Public R.ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
