For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknawledged~ we hereby release the property hereinafter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1959. by and between North Beach Water Company~
a Florida corporation~ and Navillus Development Carporati~n, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed~Book 245~ Page 596, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27~ 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497~ of the official

; records of St. Lucie County. Florida, wherein North Beach Water z

Company agreed to furnish water and perform other thinqs in con-

s nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
~ Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
s i tuated in St. Luc ie County. F1 or ida , is described as f ol lows :
Lots 6, 7, 8& 9, Block 5, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision, Section
= (7ne, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book I1 at Pages 30A
and 30B of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
