For and in cons ideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowled9ed. we hereby release the property hereinafter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20~ 1959, by and between North Beach Water Company.
