a claim of inechanic's lien in the sum of Twenty Six Thousand

~ property belonging to MODULEX HOME COMMUNITIES, INC. situated

in Saint Lucie County, Florida, and
_ Whereas, MODULEX HOME COMMUNITIES, I1~C., the owner,
desires to transfer that lien from such real property to this
bond pursuant to the provisions of F.S.A. '~:713.24, and
- Whereas, This undertaking is executed for the purpose
' of transfering such lien from that real property to this bond. ~
