THIS AGREEMENT Made and entered into this -r~day of March,

1971, by and between CUSHMAN S. RADEBAUGH & SONS, INC., a Florida
~ corporation with ~ts princioal place of business in Orlando, Florida,
Party of the First Part, and STEWART-WADE FLORIDA CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation with its principal place of business in
Ft. Pierce, Florida, Party of the Second Part

WITNESSETH THAT WHEREAS the Parties hereto are joint property
; owners, operating adjoining Ranches in St. Lucie CoUnty, Florida,
a
rendering it. advisable to repair, construct and maintain a joint

fence; and,

WHEREAS ~s impracticable, because of land terrain, to
repair and construct such fence upon the exact joint property line,

: and such fence, when repaired and constructed, ~till in some areas be

~ situated upon the land of party of the first part, and in other areas
= be situated upon the land of the party of the second part, thereby

~ making it advisable to have a written understanding or agreement

preserving and designating the exact property Iine.

= NOW THEREFORE for and in consideration of the premises and the -

cash sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, cash in hand
~ paid by each party to the other, and in further consideration of the
~ mutual agreements herein contained, it is mutually agreed, by and

between the parties hereto as follows:

: FIRST: The Parties hereto shall repair and construct, or cause
_ to be repaired and constructed, a fence from Orange Avenue Extensian,
= known as State Highway 68 north to the Sunshine State Parkway, and
- sha11 jointly pay the cost thereof, an equal one-half by each party

~ hereto. The parties hereto shall jointly maintain such fence and
