SECOND: Since the joint fence cannot properly be maintained
upon the exact property line, neither party hereto, their successors,
heirs and assigns, shall at any time claim any adverse possession ~
or prescriptive right on the others property lying within the fence
repaired, constructed and maintained as aforesaid. It is mutually

agreed that the joint boundary of the land of Stewart-Wade Florida
Corporation shall be as follows:
= East Section line of Sections S, 8, 17, 20,

and it is mutually agreed that the joint boundary of land of
