AFFIDAVIT '
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared, E. LEWIS KRAMER, who being first duly sworn,
did depose and say:
i 1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts
stated herein.

2. That he was formerly married to Harriet L.

K Kramer, now deceased.

~ 3. That he and the said Harriet L. Kramer were

husband and wife at the time they acquired certain
property in Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida and their marriage continued
until the time of her death.
4. This affidavit is given to induce Frank D. Strunk
