~ (1) The ,1hORTGAGOR herein shall make within 7 days of the due date, the payments called
= for in the lst mortgage now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at
its office or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
~ (2) The MORTGAGOR herein shall pay within 30 days of the due date all pertinent charges for fire and
Y~:ndstorrn insurance, all ad valorem city and or county taxes, any specia~ improvement assessments and any
orher special governmental assessments or charges.

- !3) tf the MORTGAGOR herein do not make the payments on the lst mortgage , the fire and
= windstorm ir,surance prem;ums and governmental taxes or special assessments as they come due, as well as
: the poyments called for in this mortgage deed, then the MO~tTGAGEE herein can at itS

(6) Tne MORTGAGOR herein will be at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowiecige, ~n writmg,
the existence ot lhis mortgage and the amount still due thereon on a estoppel form provided for this pur-
- pose by the MORTGAGEE .
(7) Failure on the part of the MORTGAGOR to comply w~th, perform, or abide by any of the agreements,
. stipulations, conditions and covenants as set forth above in section; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, empowers the MORT-
GAGEE herein, at his option, to declare the entire balance due hereunder, to be due and ~ayabfe at once
~ w;thout notice. Failure of !he MORTGAGEE herein, to exercise this option at any time shall not constitute a
` waiver of the rignt to exercise this option at some later time.
` (8) The MORTGAGOR further agree that this mortgage constitutes the entire contract betwe~n the par-
~~es hereto, that they have read the provisions of this mortgage and the note it secures and that they are aware
of their r~ght to have their own attcrney examine said morrgage tcgether w+th the said note it secures and
adv~se them as to it.
