Lake Indrio Corporation shall be entitled to apply for relief
by injunction in addition to any other remedy and failure of `
the Lake Indrio Corporation to enforce a restriction herein ~
shall not be deemed a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as ~
to the same, a prior, or subsequent breach, and Lake Indrio ~
Corporation shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce ;
any restriction herein,
16. All of thea~venants and restrictions shall remain in
~
force until January 1, 1968, and shall be automatically renewed ~
for each 5 year period thereafter unless owners of at least
two-thirds of the lots in the development shall, at le ast ;
~ six months prior to any such renewal date, agree in writing '
to a change in or an abrogation of the above covenants and records ~
such writing so amending the aforesaid covenants.
