RESOLUTION NO, 71-114
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least iifLee~~ (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
~ recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
~ County that the hereinafter described request for a change in
i
zoning classification be DENIED, and
a WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hear-
: ing on said recommendation on October 26, 19711 after first

publishing notice of said hearing in the News Tribune on the llth
° day of October, 1971, said date being at least fifteen (15) days
~
: grior to the date of said hearing.
NOWt THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 26th day of
- October, 1971, as follows:
= That the zoning of the follawing described property in St.
~ Lucie County, to-wit:
- EZ of E~ of NE4i Section 8, Township 35 South,
~g Range 39 East
= owned by JAMES A. and JOHN W. STRANGE, requested to be changed
_ from A-1 (agriculture) to R-5 M.H. (mobiZe home), be and the same is
hereby DENIED.
