TO HAVE AND TO HOID the said property, with. said buildings, , improvements, fixtures, appurten-
ances, apparatus and equipment, and with all the rights and pr;vileges thereunto belonging unto said morf-
gagee forever, for the uses herein set forth, free from alt rights and benefits under the homestead, ~xemp-

and waive.
TO SECURE
