ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
WHEREAS, by Lease Agreement dated June 16, 1969, between
ROBERT NAJAR and ADELE NAJAR, his wife, therein called "LESSORS"
~ and SOUTH PIAZA, INC., therein called "LESSEE", the said Lessee

leased from the said Lessors the following described property
