the said R.S.E. Corporation property and on the South property line of the James
Paxson property; thence run East along said South property line of the James
Paxson property 250 feet to a point, alao being the Southeast corner of said James
Paxson property; thence run North along the East property line of the James Paxson
property 650 feet to the point of beginning. Less and excepting therefrom the West
83 feet thereof adjoining U.S. Highway No. 1.
Together with all the right, title and interest of Modular Homes of Florida, Inc.,
and its successors and assigns, in and to the aforesaid 83 feet excepted from the above
legal description in accordance with that certain grant of easement from the City
of Fort Pierce, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, to the Central ~
Bank and Trust Company of Miami, Florida, dated October 7, 1963, and recorded in
O.R. Book 85, Page 576, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
