BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
C. R. McDONALD, JR., Attorney for CARL ASHTON d/b/a ASHTON
SEPTIC TANK COMPANY, 1301 ~ingle Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
who, being duly sworn, says that he is the attorney for the
lienor herein, and that in pursuance of a written contract with
JIM MELVIN, lienor furnished labor, services or materials con-
sisting of one 1800 gallon septic tank, 900 gallon grease trap,
; and 10U0 square feet of drain field, on the following described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:

$2408.43, and last furnished the same on September I4, 1971,
and that the lienor served his notice to orvner on September 28,
