RELEASE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : 21'~39p

WHEREAS, CHARLES B. FULTON, hereinafter referred to
as "Fulton", is the owner of the following described property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Government Lot 4,
Section 25, Township 37 South, P.ange 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida; thence northerly, along the West line
~ of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 888.52 feet;
thence easterly, along a line parallel to the North line
; of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 1578 feet, more
- or less to the waters of the St. Lucie River; thence
~ southeasterly, along the water's edge of said St. Lucie
~ xiver, a distance of 1129 feet, more or less, to a point
s in the South line of said Government Lot 4; thence westerly,
along the South line of said Government Lot 4, a distance of
2265 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER with all riparian rights thereunto appertaining.

° hereinafter referred to as "the Fulton property"; and ~
WHEREAS, by deed dated April 26, 1971, and recorded
~ in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official
Recorc~ Book 192 , page 389 , WILLIAM 6~T. ATTERBURY, JR. , herein-
after referred to as "Atterbury", acquired title to the pro-
perty lying immediately north of and adjacent to the Fulton
= property, together with an easement, hereinafter referred to

r' as "the Atterbury easement" over the Fulton property for access

to the existing County Road (Gilson ~ad); and
WHEREAS, Fulton, joined by his wife, has this day
_ conveyed to Atterbury a 50-foot strip of land running from the
Northwest corner of the Ful.ton property to the existing County
- Road (G~lson Road), in exchange for which Atterbury agreed to

release to Fulton the Atterbury easement;
