convey ance by Fulton, joined by his wife, to Atterbury, of the SO-
foot strip of land referred to above, Atterbury, joined by his

wife, Virginia G. Atterbury, dces hereby grant, bargain, release
and convey to Fuiton, his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, the Atterbury easement, such easement being over the
Fulton property in Government Lot 4, Section 25, Township 37

i South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and being more
° particularly described as follows:
An easement for ingress, egress and access, in common with
` other property owners, over and across the South 888 feet
- of said Go~?ernment Lot 4. Said easement is over a strip of
[ land 50 feet in width, which starts at the South line of the
~ above describEd property, the West line of said easement being
~ 1130 feet East of the West line of Government Lot 4. Said
'a~ easement extends Southward a distance of 686 feet; thence at
an angle of 90°25', extends to the East right of way line of the
~ presently existing County Road.
Together with any and all rights of Atterbury and his wife in
and to said easement.
