A.D. 1971, ~nd recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for the County of Palm Beach, State
of Florida, in Official Records Book 192, page 392, mortgaged
unto TARPON VIEW, INC., a Florida corporation, its successors ;
and assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly
; described, to secure the payment of the sum of FORTY ONE ~
