An easement for ingress, egress and access, in ~
common with other property owners, over and across
the South 888 feet of said Government Lot 4. Said
easement is over a strip of land 50 feet in width, ,
which starts at the South line of the above
described property, the West line of said
easement being 1130 feet East of the West line ~
of Government Lot 4. Said easement extends
Southward a distance of 686 feet; thence at an
angle of 90°25', extends to the East right of
way line of the presently existing County Road.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, H~ith the appurtenances, unto the
said WILLIAM W. ATTERBURY, JR., his heirs and assigns forever,

€ freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said

' mortgage, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless,
that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter

~ or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid

hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
of the holder thereof.
