KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, TARPON VIEW, INC., a Florida corporation,
mortgagor, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 3rd day
of July, A.D. 1967, and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State

of Florida, in Official Records Book 167, page 327, mortgaged
; unto LESTER A. BATEMAN and DOROTHY E. BATEMAN, his wife, their

heirs and assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein particularly

~ described, to secure the payment of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND
~

~ AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20,000.00) with interest as therein

~ mentioned;
- A:'VD WHEREAS, the said premises have been conveyed to,
tr; and are now owned by, WILLIAM W. ATTERBURY, JR.,
AND WHEREAS, the said WILLIAM W. ATTERBURY, JR. has

requested the said mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter
described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien

= and operation of said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said mortgagee, LESTER
A. BATEMAN and DOROTHY E. BATEMAN, his wife, as well in consideration
= of the premises as of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to them paid
- by the said WILLIAM W. ATTERBURY, JR. at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise,

release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of said mortgage unto the said WILLIAM W. ATTERBURY, JR.,
his heirs and assigns, all tnat piece, parcel or tract of land,
'==i being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,to-wit:
- That certain easement appurtenant to the premises
encumbered by the aforesaid m~rtgage in Government
- Lot 4, Section 25, Township 37 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follaws:
