An easement for ingress, egress and access, in
common with other property owners, over and across
the South 888 feet of said Government Lot 4. Said
easement is over a strip of land 50 feet in width,
' which starts at the South line of the above
described property, the West line of said
easement being 1130 feet East of the West line
of Government Lot 4. Said easement extends
; Southward a distance of 686 feet; thence at an
angle of 90°25', extends to the East right of
_ way line of the presently existing County Road.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
` said WILLIAM W. ATTERBURY, JR., his heirs and assigns forever,
~ freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
~ mortgage, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless,

that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter
~ or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid
mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not

~t hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies
- of the holder thereof.
