a distance of 510 feet to the centerline of the existing
County Road for the Point of Beginning; thence continue

- of said Lot 4; thence run N 89°29'00" E, along said North
line a distance of 50 feet; thence run S 00°O1'00" E a
- distance of 491.57 feet to said road centerline; thence

of 123.22 feet to the Point of Beginning; subject to

SUBJECT, hvwever, to that certain perpetua]~on-exclusive

- October 14, 1971, whereby the above described property was
_ conveyed by Charles B. Fulton and Imogene C. Fulton, his
