WITNESSETH: That for divers, good and valuable considerations, and also in con-
sideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissoty note hereinafter described, said
~ Mortgagor s do hereby grant, bargain, se(l, alien, remise, release, c~nvey, confirm and
mortgage unto the said Mortgagee S all that certain piece of property and tract of land
ti. of which the said Mortgagors are now seized and possessed and in actual possession,
~ situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, described as follows:

Start at the Southwest corner of Government Lot 4,
~ Section 25, Township 37 South, Range 4Q East; thence run
' N 00°O1'00" W, along the West line of Government Lot 4,
" a distance of 510 feet to the centerline of the existing
Co.unty Road for the Point of Beginning; thence continue
to run N 00°O1'00" W,.along said West line, a distance
- of 378.52 feet to the vorth line of the South 888.52 feet
= of said Lot 4; thence run N 89°29'00" E, along said North
line a distance of 50 feet; thence run S 00°O1'00" E a
~~~z distance of 491.57 feet to said road centerline; thence
: run iv 23°57'20" W, along said road centerline, a distance
of 123.22 feet to the Point of Beginning; subject to
right of way of the existing County Road.
SUBJECT, however, to that certain perpetual non-exclusive
easement for road purposes reserved in the deed dated
October 14, Z971, whereby the above described property was
conveyed by Charles B. Fulton and Imogene C. Fulton, his
