GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENT(1RE, made and entered into on this ~
day of November, 1971, by and between ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK,
Fort Pierce, Florida, guardian of the property of HELEN
DOROTHY BURCH, Grantor, and JACK REITINGER, whose post of -
fice address is: 411 Poplar Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, Grantee:
WHEREAS, Helen Dorothy Burch is seized and possessed
of the following described property lying, being and situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

_ has been appointed and duly qualified as guardian of the

~.sNf1C~ WHEREAS, said guardian did petition the County Judge
'F -.~1'1S of St. Lucie County, Florida, that Court having jurisdiction
of the guardianship of Helen Dorothy Burch, for authority to
~ sell the above-described property and for an Order authorizing
~ such sale, and
- WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the lst day of
~ November, 1971, enter an Order Authorizing the sale
- of the property for $24,500.00, in cash;

NOW, THEREFORE, IN COhSIDERATION of $24,500.00 and

guardian of the Estate of Helen Dorothy Burch, does grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee, his heirs, personal
~~~o representatives and assigns, forever, the lands described and

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Grantee, his heirs, per-
- sonal representatives and assigns, and every right, title ~

fully and completely as said guardian could or should convey ~
