Before me, the undersigned authority, personally ap-
peared ERROL S. WILLES, of the law firm of Willes, Bittan &
Willes, who, being duly sworn, says: That he is a member of '

the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, one of the attorneys
for Star Construction Company of Fort Pierce, Florida, Inc., a
` Florida corporation, the lienor herein whose address is Route
1, Box 866, Orange Avenue Extension, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
; and that in pursuance to a contract with Rayen's Tiburon Fish-

- eries, Inc., a Florida corporation, with its principal place of
~ business in St. Lucie County, Florida, the ]ienor furnished

; labor and materials on the lands located in St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, described as follows:
< The South 313.28 feet of that part of Sections
i 8 and 9, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying
~ East of the Florida East Coast Railway; LESS and
EXCEPT the South 50 feet thereof.

_ owned by Rayen's Tiburon Fisheries, Inc., whose address is {

Route 1, Box 392, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, of a total value

of Sixteen Thousand Forty-Six ($16,046.00) Dollars. The type of
~a work was equipment rental, fully serviced and operated, in the
- digging and construction of a canal on said land hereinbefore
~ described. The lienor furnished the first work and material
' on January 26, 1971, and the last of same on September 7, 1971,
_ and that the lienor was in privity with the owner through its
~ r
officer and agent, L. A. Rayen, of Route 1, Box 392, Fort Pierce,
- Florida 33450. The Notice to the Owner, pursuant to Chapter
713, was furnished by the lienor for its services and materials
furnished.
