may use the property for repair, renovation, alteration or
maintenance of his vessels, vehicles or equipment used in or
related to the aforedescribed uses.
2. The ~rantor may from time to time adopt re~ula-
tions governing the operation, parkin~, storage, and docking
of vesselc, boats, automobiles anc~ other vehicles, equipment
and rnaterials and re~ulations governing the maintenance of
buildin~s, docks, structures, landsca~in~, si~ns and other
aspects of the operation conducted on the propert~? in accordance
with these Restrictions. Grantee agrees to abide bv such re~u-
lations so adopted upon receivin~ such notification of same.

docked or stored on the property in a clean, sightly and ship-

obstruct the channel or navigation t!~erein except for dockage.
4. Grantor retains the right to approve the design,
standard location site and t~TQe of anv and all strucCures or
- i:nprovements on the propert~~, inctuding docks and landscaping.

be commenced or erected without the Grantors written permission
- and approval of the plans and specifications for same, which
