WHEREAS, this Board has determined that the proposed action
will not materially interfere with the County Road System; will not
deprive any person of a reasonable means of ingress and egress to
his premises; now, tnerefore, '
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 336.09
and 336.10, Florida Statutes:

; 1. That the Board hereby renounces and disclaims any right,

; title or interest of the County, and of the public, in and to any
` and all roads, streets, alleys, or rights of wa}~ as hereinafter

~ more particularly described, viz.:

= Al1 of Ocean Avenue(as extended to the waters of
~ the Indian River) and all of Coconut Walk and
~
; Palmetto Avenue and that part of Magnolia Avenue,
Avalon Subdivision, Plat Book 1, Page 187, St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, public records, lying within the
- boundaries of the following described property, viz:

The South 1900 feet of the North 3220 feet of Sections
10 and 11 in Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying
` between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River; less
100 foot right of way for State Road AlA as recorded
` in the public records of St. Lucie County, F'lorida.
~ And all other roads, streets or alleys, with the excep-
tion of State Road AlA, lying within the bvundaries of
= the above described lands.
` 2. T};at the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall cause to be
pu~lished a Notice of Adoption of Resolution closing said alley or
riyht of way, one time, in a newspaper of general circulation in
St.. Lucie County, Florida, within thirty (30) days following the date
= of adoption hereof, in accordance with Section 336.10, Floric3a
= Statutes.
