This conveyance is made subject to that certain first mortgage given
to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company in the original prin-
cipal a~ount of 5146,700.00 dated March 5, 1966 and recorded in
Official Record Book 141, page 288, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and by accepting this deed of conveyance the
Grantee herein hereby agrees to assume and pay all of said mortgage
