THIS INDENTURE, executed the .f ~ day of
November, 1971, between ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as Executor of the Es~ate of GEORGE H. STATTEL,
deceased, party of the first part, and GEORGE DANIEL STATTEL,
party of the second part, whose address is: 515 South lOth
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
W I T N E S S E T H:
The p~rty of the first part pursuant to the power
of sale contained in the Last Will and Testament of the
above-named decedent, and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows:

AND the party of the first part does covenant to
and with the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
