recorded in Official Record Book ?8, page 396 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing one certain

note in the principal sum of ~100, 000. 00, of even date therewith, and certain

promises and obligations as set forth in said ASSIGNA4ENT and promissoi•y
~ note, do hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said promissory
y note; and by these presents does hereby release and reassign to Mission

~ Groves, Inc. , that certain mortgage deed made by Adams-Harrison Invest-

ments, Inc. , a Florida corporation, dated September 7, 1963 and recorded
Septembei- 7, 1963 in Official Record Book ?0 at page 182 of the Land Recards

- of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the promissory note therein

= and to grow due thereon, with the interest, as same accrues thereon.
