McDONALD, JR., first being duly sworn, deposes and says, under oath, as follows: 1. He has examined certain abstracts dealing with the follow- ing-described real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit. Lots 14 and 15, WOODBINE, SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Pl~t Book 4, Page 94, of the Public Records o~ St. Lucie ' County, F2orida. s AN D ; The North 2S feet of Lot 1, Block 3, of ELMER - ROBB'S RESUBDIVISION of K.R. RAULERSON'S $ ADDITION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 16, of the Public Records of St. ~ Lucie County, Florida. ~ 2. In examining said abstracts of title it appears that Thomas C. Cheatham and June M. Cheatham were divorced on February 5, 1959, and while divorced, a certain judgment dated November 16, 1961, was entered against June M. Cheatham, and subsequent to said judgment being entered, Thomas C. Cheatham and June M. Cheatham, his wife, were _ rer.1arried, and they were in fact~=~iusband and wife at the time the Warrant_y Deed filed F'ebrua 18, 1964, deedir.g the above-described i to them real property/was issue : 3. That Thomas C. Cheatham and June M. Cheatharrt, his wife, were married on December 3d, 1964, at the time that they deeded this pro- _ oerty to George D. Price and Mary Ann Price, his wife, which deed was ` given in exchange of various homestead properties. - 4. That in the opinion of the undersiqned the said judqment ' against June M. Cheatham does not attach to this property as it was t ~ taken as tenancy by the entirety and was deeded as tenancy by the en- tirety, and at all times tr.at June M. Cheatham and Thomas C.
