1. All Lots in BEACH C'LUB COLONY, SECTION ONE, ~ i

Book 16, Page 11, St, Lucie County, Florida, public records,shall be ~
used exclusively for residential purposes, with the exception that Lots

erected or placed upon any lot, without the pricr written consent of the
Grantor herein. No wire fence shall be erectQd on any lot or part

thereof which exceed an average of four (4) feet,
