owner to con;ply with the restriction herein provided, then and in any

and assigns, may enter upon the property and undertake to perform ~
such maintenance (inciuding, but not limited to, cutting, clearing,
weeding and cuttivating the lawn?. Any cost or expense incurred by
the Grantor~ his heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns,

in any such undertaking sha11 be repaid by the owner, together with
interest at the rate of seven (7) per centum per annum, and may be
secured by a lien against the owner's parcel of property enforceable
in the same manner, and to the same e~ctent, as is provided for
mechanics' or materialmen's liens under Florida Statutes as now in

force or as hereafter amended.
5. The Grantor, his neirs, legal representatives. successors

and assigns, may assign the enforcem eni provisions of these
restrictions, or any of them, ta an association of the owners of parcels

f 6. The restrictions provided herein shalt be real covenants and

t run with the land. Except as otherwise provided herein, in case the
Grantee, his, her or their heirs, tegal representatives, successors
or assigns shall violate or faii to carry out any or a?1 of the stipuiated
conditions as provided herein, proceedings to enforce compliance there~

with by injunction or other suit or otherwise may be brought, at the '

~ option of the Grantor or his assigns. Any owner of other lots or parcels
~ bought subject to these same restrictions may proceed similarZy. No
fa;lure or omission to bring such suit or take such other proceedings as ' ;
may be deemed necessary shall be held to be a waiver of any right in the

7. The terms "Grantee" and "Owner", as used herein, shall
