owner to comply with the restriction herein provided, then and in any a
such event the Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives, successors

and assigns, may enier upon the property and undertake to perform
such, maintenance (including, but not limited to, cutting, ctearing,

weeding and cultivating the lawn). Any cost or expense incurred by ~
the Grantor, his heirs, legal representatives~ successors and assigns, ~
in any such undertaking shall be repaid by the owner, together with
interest at the rate of seven (7) per centum per annum, and may be
secured by a lien against the owner's parcel of property enforceable
in the same manner, and to the same extent, as is provided for :

force or as hereafter amended.
5. The Grantor, his heirs, le~al representatives, successors }
and assigns, may assign the enforcement provisions of these
restrictions, or any of them, to an association of the owners of parcels
~ withinBEACH CLUBCOLONY, SECTION ONE, to be formed hereafter.

~ 6. The restrictions provided herein shall be reat covenants and

run with the land. Except as otherwis e provided herein, in cas e fhe
Grante2, his, her or their heirs, legal representatives, successors
_ or assigns shall violate or fail to carry out any or all of the stipulated
conditions as provided herein, proceedings to enforce compliance there~
with by injunction or other suit or otherwise may be brought, at the

bought subject to these same restrictions may proceed similarly. No
failure or omission to bring such suit or take such other proceedings as
may be deem ed necessary shall be held to be a waiver of any right in the

7. The terms "Grantee" and "Owne: 3s used herein, sha11
