9,000 square feet.
3. A1Z plans, including plot plans, elevations and fences
must be first approved by Grantor or an Association of Property Owners
when feY*_!+.ed and such construction when started must be completed within
~ months.
4. No outside toilet facilities will be permitted and septic
tanks must be erected and maintained in a manner as prescribed by the
St. Lucie County Board of Health. No drainage may be located within
25 feet of an adjoining lot, 50 feet of a waterfront lot, or 50 feet of
any well.
5. No tent, trailer, or any temporary type of structure shall
be used as a residence, and the lot hsall not be used for storing any
materials except construction in progress.
6. No fence, wall, hedge, trees or shrubs which obstruct
F vision betweein 2 and 6 feet above roadways will be permitted on any
~ corner lot. And any fence, hedge or shurbbery on a waterfront site that
; is within 30 feet of the water line can not exceed three feet in height.
~ 7. No activity will be permitted which is a nuisance ar annoy-
~ ance to the neighborhood. Household pets are permitted if not maintained
~ for any commercial purpose.

~ 8. No sign can be displayed except one grofessional sign or
~ a"Sale' or "Rent" sign of not more than one square foot.

~ 9. The Grantee, his lessee or family, is given permission to
° use for fishing or bathing or boating the Lakes and Canals as shown on
~ Plat of Lakewood Park, but Grantee may not construct anything extending
~
~ into or over the waters of the canals or lakes. No boats shall be
~ anchored off shore in the canals or lakes, and when not in use-shall be
~ kept as closely adjacent to the bank as safety allows to the end that
~
navigation of the waterways will not be impeded. Any use of the canals
or lakes shall be at the sole and absolute risk of the person so using.

~ 10. No filling or dredging may be done beyond any lot line, nor
~ shall any cutting of boat slips or similar excavating within the lot line
~ be done; nor any bulklaead or sea wall be built until plans have been
approved by Grantor.
~ 11. If a lot borders a canal or lake, the bed of the canal
~ or lake and the waters above such bed are not included.
12. Portions of the Plat marked "Reserved" is the private
" property of the Grantor and not subject to these condition~ and restric-
tions and the Grantor reser.ves the right to release in whole or in part
any restriction hereunder or to include in any contract or deed here-
= after made any additional restrictive covenants providing ~~.,-ne are n~*_
