3. The Grantee expressly agrees for himself, his heirs,
personal representatives and assigns, to restrict the height of
structures, objects of natural growth and other obstructions on
the abo~;e described lands to such a height so as not to exceed
88 feet above mean sea level, or receive approval for a greater
height by submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 to the Federal Aviation
Administration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this deed to be
executed in its name and its official seal to be affixed hereto by
its proper officials the day and year first above written.
