THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the Sth day of November , A. D.
1971, by MELVIN F. SEMBLER and BETTY M. SEI~LER, his wife; ALBERT L.
DANGLER and CHARLOTTE DANGLER, his wife; NICHOLAS MANOS and
DORO~HY A. MANOS, his wife, and FRED A. BESHARA, a single man,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to ABC LIQUORS, INC., a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with its
permanent post office address at Post Office Box 13688, Orlando, :
Florida, 32809, hereinafter ca].led the Grantee:

instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assiqns of individuals, and the successors

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the ;

hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee all that certain land
